Dr. Louise DeFelice

A native of Spokane, Dr. Louise graduated from Gonzaga Prep High School. She attended Gonzaga University for undergraduate work, and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from The University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle in 1996. She joined her father’s practice in 2000, after practicing on the west side of Washington State.

Dr. Louise loves to provide optimal dentistry, to promote healthy mouths, and to encourage prevention of dental problems. She deeply values her relationships with her patients and has a family-oriented practice with dental services for all ages. Dr. Louise welcomes modern technology in dentistry and strives to provide the best customer service for her patient’s comfort, safety and well-being.

In her free time, she enjoys being a mother of four, doing charity work within the Spokane community, and loves to travel with her family and husband. Dr. Louise is proud to call Spokane her home and loves all the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer. I care about the people who entrust their smiles to me. In addition to my clinical expertise, you will always have my personal attention, compassion, and gentleness.”

Meet the Team


Stephanie H. - Patient Coordinator

Stephanie was born in Billings, MT and moved to Spokane in 2006. She attended Carrington College and graduated in 2010 as a certified Pharmacy Technician. Afterward, she entered the world of dentistry as a Dental Assistant, became certified in CPR, and completed coursework from Obstructive Sleep Airway University. Stephanie’s favorite part of being a Dental Assistant is seeing patients grow confidence in their healthy smiles. When she’s not in the office, Stephanie enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her husband, their boys, ages 4 & 6, and their 2 dogs.


Stacey C. - Finance Coordinator

Stacey was born in Montana and grew up in Spokane Valley. She graduated from Eastern Washington University in June 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Health Services Administration. She has also completed her coursework from Obstructive Sleep Airway University. Stacey’s favorite part of her job is breaking through treatment, insurance, and personal resource barriers to ensure patients have access to DeFelice Dentistry’s high quality preventative and restorative services. When she’s not in the office, Stacey enjoys gardening, Crossfit, Spinning, reading, and attending WSU Cougar football games as a season ticket holder. She is married and has 1 daughter that loves gymnastics and frozen yogurt.


Lindsey H. - Expanded Function Dental Auxillary

Lindsey was born and raised in Spokane Valley. She attended Spokane Community College and graduated from the Dental Assisting program in 2010, and the Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary program in 2013. She is certified in CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry from Planmeca University, and Obstructive Sleep Airway from OSA-U. Her favorite part of the job is being able to restore or change a patient’s smile and give them the confidence they deserve. Her hobbies include indoor cycling, yoga, running, collecting vintage jewelry, and spending weekends with her family in Priest Lake, Idaho. She is married to Travis, and they have a fur child (Border Collie) named Gunner.


Heather H. - Dental Assistant

Heather was born and raised in Spokane. She is a Registered Surgical Technologist and a Certified Dental Anesthesia Assistant. Her favorite part of being a Dental Assistant is helping people feel good about their smile. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, camping, fishing, reading, scrapbooking, and exercising. She is happily married and has a 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter.


Natasha M. - Dental Hygienist

Natasha was born and raised in the Spokane area. She achieved Summa Cum Laude honors in 2008 while earning her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University. As a hygienist, she has also earned the credentials to provide local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and restorative dental care. She brings her passion for hygiene to each dental appointment with the intent of empowering patients to achieve optimal oral and systemic health. She enjoys spending time with friends and family in her free time, and her interests include outdoor activities, traveling, and reading. She has two wonderful boys, ages 19 and 22. Natasha is proud to assist in providing exceptional dental care in an office that upholds the highest ethical and moral standards putting their patients first.


Kelley W. - Dental Hygienist

Kelley was born in Wenatchee and grew up in Chelan, WA. She graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1982 with her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and has a Diode Laser certification. Kelley’s favorite part of being a Dental Hygienist is coaching patients to better overall health, and getting to know her patients and develop great relationships. She is grateful to be able to serve and benefit others. Her hobbies include home and gardening projects, running, biking, and hiking. She loves to spend time with her family and travel. Kelley and her husband, Jerry, have two children and three granddaughters, as well as four step-daughters and one step-son. She is a member of the Inland Northwest Dental Hygiene Study Club and the American Dental Hygiene Association.
