Dr. Armand DeFelice
Born and raised in Spokane, Dr. DeFelice graduated from Gonzaga Prep, Gonzaga University and The University of Washington School of Dentistry. He opened his own dental practice in 1959 and has been at this current location since 1966. Dr. Armand has advanced certification in orthodontics, holistic dentistry, CRA, neural therapy, mercury toxicity, safe mercury removal and replacement,nutrition and occlusion. His passions are providing biocompatible dental materials and safe mercury removal and detoxification. Dr. Armand is a member of International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and The Holistic Dental Association. He has the largest Standard Process supplement dispensary in the Northwest.
Dr. Armand has written a manual of his own work on the “diagnosis and detoxification of mercury toxicity by muscle response testing”, and has taught seminars on this to the Holistic Dental Association. Dr. Armand welcomes and treats patients from all over the Northwest and beyond.
Dr. DeFelice enjoys playing handball and staying physically active. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 53 years, his 8 grown children and many grandchildren. He loves reading and studying health and detoxification articles and books. He is an active Gonzaga University Glee Club Alumni member and a big supporter of local schools and athletics.
Dr. Loretta Rosier
Dr. Loretta (Lorrie) Rosier earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at Loyola University School of Dentistry. She practiced in the Chicagoland area before joining our practice in 1990. She grew up in a "Dental family". Her uncle was a dentist, her brother is a pediatric dentist, 2 cousins are dentists and several other family members are hygienists or have been assistants. As you can imagine, dentistry is often the topic of conversation at family gatherings.
Dr. Lorrie emphasizes dental technology within a relaxed atmosphere. You and your family will get exceptional care and a comfortable dental experience. She believes in the importance of continuing education and continual training in all areas of dentistry, including cosmetics, implants and reconstructive dentistry. She typically surpasses the requirements by the State of Washington for licensure. She volunteered her time for 6 years as member of the continuing dental education committee for the local dental society. She maintains professional memberships with American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association and the Spokane Distric Dental Society.
Dr. Lorrie has advanced training in oral conscious sedation (sleep through your dental visit), dental fears management, implants, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, lumineers/veneers, teeth whitening, safe mercury amalgam removal, pediatrics and geriatrics, gum treatments and lasers.
As a wife and mother of three, Dr. Lorrie dedicates her spare time to her family, friends and community. She enjoys a variety of activities and travel.

Dr. Louise Guthrie DeFelice
A native of Spokane, Dr. Louise graduated from Gonzaga Prep High School. She attended Gonzaga University for undergraduate work, and received her DDS from The University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle in 1996. She joined her father's practice in 2000, after practicing on the west side of Washington State.
Dr. Louise focuses on health, prevention and cosmetic dentistry. She deeply values her patients and has a family oriented practice with dental services for all ages. Dr. Louise welcomes modern technology in dentistry and strives to provide the best service for her patient's comfort, safety and care.
Dr. Louise Guthrie DeFelice has advanced training in full mouth reconstruction, aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, dental fear management, safe mercury amalgam removal and replacement, veneers, implants and mini-implants, nutrition, sedation, teeth whitening, lasers, pediatrics, gum disease, dental materials and oral disease prevention. She is also certified in removable orthodontics.
She is an active member of the Spokane District Dental Society, Washington State Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. She routinely attends continuing dental education classes and seminars.
Dr. Louise treats patients from all over Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. She works hard to combine artistry and science to change patient's lives and improve their health. In her free time, she enjoys being a mother to 2 wonderful girls, charity work and community activities, and enjoying the many outdoor activities the Northwest offers.
